Assumption of Risk

I understand that my child's participation in camp activities (sports, movement, games, creative workshops) involves a certain risk of injury, illness or other unforeseen events. I voluntarily accept this risk.

Release of Liability

I release Sova Camp, Sova Events, their employees, volunteers and partners from liability for injuries, losses or damages that may occur during my child's time in the program, except in cases of gross negligence.

Indemnification Agreement

I agree to defend Sova Camp from any claims that may arise from my child's actions or my own negligence during participation in the program.

Medical Authorization

In case of an emergency, I authorize the Sova Camp team to provide my child with first aid and to call for emergency medical services. All costs of medical care are my responsibility.

Food Acknowledgment

I confirm that I have informed the team about all of my child's allergies and dietary restrictions. I understand that meals are prepared by our partner ChildEats in a shared kitchen, so full prevention of cross-contamination is not guaranteed.

Behavior Agreement

I agree to communicate camp behavior rules to my child (respect for other children and staff, safety, following the schedule). In case of repeated violations, the child may be removed from the program without a refund for the unused days.

Acknowledgment of Camp Rules

I confirm that I have read the rules, policies and requirements of Sova Camp, including the rules of conduct, safety, and participation in the camp program.

I also confirm that I have explained and discussed these rules with my child, and that I understand how important it is to follow them for the safety, comfort and positive atmosphere of everyone at camp.

I agree that in case of a serious breach of conduct, aggressive behavior, dangerous actions, or systematic non-compliance with staff instructions, Sova Camp reserves the right to take appropriate action, including early termination of the child's participation in the program without a refund.

Payment Agreement

I confirm I am familiar with the program pricing ($70/day or $350/week) and agree to pay it in full before the program begins. Cancellation 7+ days in advance — full refund; later — case-by-case.

ID Requirement

I understand that the child may only be picked up by people on the "Authorized for pick-up" list, with a photo ID presented. Changes to the list — only in writing.

Illness Agreement

I agree not to bring my child to camp with symptoms of an infectious illness (fever, cough, rash, etc.). If symptoms appear at camp, we will contact you to pick up the child immediately.

Movement Consent

I authorize the Sova Camp team to move my child within the camp grounds, as well as on short outings off-site (with full supervision, as part of a group) — for example, to the park or mini-farm.

Trips & Off-site Activities Consent

I understand and agree that participation in Sova Camp programs may include local trips, transportation, outdoor activities, farm visits, contact with animals, recreational venues and other off-site activities under the supervision of the organizers.

I acknowledge that despite all the safety measures Sova Camp takes to protect children and ensure their comfort, some activities may carry inherent risks related to transportation, being outdoors, physical activity and interaction with animals.

By signing this document, I give permission for my child to take part in all planned trips and camp activities, and I release Sova Camp, its organizers, staff, volunteers, partners, transportation providers and visited locations from liability for any possible injuries, accidents or unforeseen situations, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
